YOCAN CANADA – WARRANTY ON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
WE REPLACE DEFECTIVE PARTS UNDER WARRANTY. NOT COMPLETE UNITS
YOCAN CANADA will happily replace any part on a unit verified defective within 14 days of purchase. You need to be able to prove you purchased your product from YOCAN CANADA. Used coils and pushed-in USB ports, cables and glass are not covered under warranty.
All defective parts need be returned with customer proof of purchase. Only the defective parts will be replaced. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please note warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage or physical damage.
Items damaged due to user error, misuse or abuse, are NEVER covered under warranty by us, YOCAN CANADA, or the manufacturers of the products we sell. Plier marks, dismantled or modified units, cross threaded fittings, water/liquid damage, etc. are considered user error. The warranty does not cover damaged user guides, packaging, glass parts or used coils. Products that are not 100% clean, do not qualify for warranty. YOCAN CANADA reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim.
An authorization number is required for the return of defective parts. Please contact us in advance in order to obtain an authorization number for your return.
